It was my first time capturing a wedding at Swallows Nest Barn when I captured Katy and Tom. Thankfully I was booked by another couple shortly after I left, which is a huge bonus as I absolutely loved it at Swallows Nest Barn!

Katy and Tom’s wedding was a real treat; a glorious day where the sun shone bright. Their ceremony, taking place in the feature barn at Swallows Nest Barn, was one filled with so much laughter and tears and was such a joy to capture! In fact, everything about Katy and Tom’s day in the midlands was truly unforgettable. Plus, we got so unbelievably lucky clasping the golden glow of the sun as it set, making for some beautiful evening portraits of these two.

It’s always such a joy when I get to capture a wedding in the midlands and Swallows Nest Barn is definitely no exception. Located in the rural fields of Warwickshire, Swallows Nest Barn is a beautifully rustic space allowing for a huge capacity of guests whilst still feeling lovely and intimate. Katy and Tom opted for long banquet tables during their wedding breakfast (a huge favourite of mine!) and the energy buzzing off all their guests during their meal was so wonderful!
