Having gotten legally married in Singapore during Covid, Amanda and Kuan were looking for an elopement photographer to capture a post-wedding shoot in The Lake District.

One of the great aspect of being a Lake District elopement photographer is the guidance you can offer your couples on location plans for their elopement. Amanda and Kuan’s elopement in The Lake District was no different; opting for one of my favourite elopement spots in The Lake District to renew their vows and have a small hike on their day! This location within The Lake District (which I try to keep top secret to preserve how peaceful it is!) is perfect for couples looking to have an intimate elopement in one location, allowing for lots of close-by hikes and different landscapes within the same area. That being said, your elopement day doesn’t need to involve a huge hike! Amanda and Kuan’s elopement in The Lake District was very relaxed, intimate and calm – enjoying the peaceful nature around them as opposed to an adventurous mountain hike.
