It’s fair to say that 2020 has been filled with announcement after announcement and, more often than not, these government talks have been filled with awful consequences for the wedding industry! Saturday’s announcement – of an other lockdown, was no different.
Joanne and Josh were due to get married on the 7th of this month, but with the impending news of a lockdown, it became increasingly clear that this simply wouldn’t be the case.
Brilliantly, at around 9:30pm on Saturday night, I had a text from Joanne asking if I’d be available for the following morning for a wedding reschedule.
My response? Of course!
It goes without saying that I would’ve tried my hardest to make myself available for any couple put in this tricky position. It’s fair to say that I wasn’t prepared to ever miss Joanne and Josh’s big day!
So here we are! An amazing wedding later and these two wonderful people can finally call themselves Mr & Mrs!
I have the biggest space in my heart for these two lovelies and have got to know them so well throughout the wedding process.
“Charlotte made the impossible, possible! Not just a photographer but a friend (and emergency eyelash technician!) who made everyone feel calm and relaxed.
All of our family and friends have told us how wonderful she was and how it felt like she was just another member of the family being there – she is now part of our lives forever and is already on standby for the next chapters of our story.
So, instead of rambling on about how amazingly talented, incredibly friendly and hilariously funny she is, I will simply say that if you are hoping to have the wedding of your dreams then Charlotte quite frankly has to be there and you know you will get everything and oh so much more than you hoped for. She has truly been a ray of sunshine in this dark year.”
